EARLYWAGES TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use (these "Terms"), together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference herein, establish a legal agreement between you and Earlywages and outline the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of our website located at https://www.earlywages.com, as well as all affiliated websites and mobile applications owned and operated by us (collectively, the "Website"), and the products, services, and applications offered through the Website (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Website or any of the Services, whether as a guest or registered user, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Throughout these Terms:
- "You" and "your" refer to the individual using or accessing the Services.
- "We," "us," and "our" refer to Earlywages and its successors, affiliates, and assignees
- "Business Day" refers to weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and all other days officially declared as work-free days/public holidays in Nigeria.
Your access to and use of the Services is contingent upon your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please carefully review both documents. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by their terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and our Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the Services.
To use the Services, you must:

You may only use the Services if you agree to enter into a binding contract with Earlywages and are not prohibited from receiving services under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
By providing us with User Information, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or User Information. You are responsible for promptly notifying us of any changes to your User Information, including changes to your Bank Account information. If we approve your registration, you will be granted access to the Services, subject to these Terms.
For compliance and service provision purposes, you authorize us (directly or through third parties) to obtain, verify, and record information and documentation to verify your identity and Bank Account information. This may include requesting and confirming information such as:
- A copy of your government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, national identity card, or driver's license);
- Bank Verification Number (BVN);
- A copy of a utility bill, bank statement, affidavit, or other bill, dated within three months of our request, showing your name and Nigerian street address; and
- Any other information and documentation we may require from time to time.
By using the Services and providing User Information, you authorize us to obtain information about you and your Bank Account directly or indirectly through our third-party service providers, without any time limit or requirement to pay fees. You grant us and our third-party service providers a limited power of attorney and appoint us and our third-party service providers as your true and lawful attorney-in-fact and agent to access third-party websites, servers, and documents; retrieve information; and use your User Information as described above. You acknowledge and agree that when we or our third-party service providers access and retrieve information from third-party websites, we and our third-party service providers are acting as your agent, not the agent of or on behalf of the third party.
You understand and agree that the Services are not endorsed or sponsored by any third-party account providers accessible through the Services. We do not review information obtained from third-party websites and databases for accuracy, legality, or non-infringement. As between Earlywages and our third-party service providers, Earlywages owns your confidential User Information.
The information you provide is subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Services are designed to help you disburse recurring payments with minimal effort. We debit your debit card (subject to applicable law), and you can request your wallet at any times, depending on the specific product under the Services. Funds may be transferred to your Earlywages Account from any available options on the Website. Your funds will remain in your Earlywages Account until you instruct us to transfer any or all of your funds from your Earlywages Account to your Bank Account. We generally transfer requested funds within two Business Days of receiving your request. You must ensure sufficient available funds in your Earlywages Account before disbursing to beneficiaries.
Your fund transfer activities via the Website are subject to transaction and balance limits according to applicable law. If you do not have sufficient available funds in your Earlywages Account to cover the requested transfer amount, your transfer request will be declined. We may also transfer funds from your Earlywages Account to your Bank Account without notice upon the closure of your Earlywages Account or as required by applicable law or at our discretion if we suspect illicit use or violation of these Terms.
Earlywages is not a financial adviser, and the Services are not intended to provide financial advice. Your financial situation is unique. We are not responsible for ensuring your debit card and/or Bank Account has sufficient funds for your needs, purposes, or transactions. We do not make any representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind that the Services are appropriate for you. Before using the Services, you should consider obtaining additional information and advice from a financial adviser.
Are the funds in my Earlywages Account secure?
The funds in your Earlywages account are warehoused and managed by Ravenpay Ltd which is powered by Beststar MFB. All deposits are insured by the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).
In addition, we enforce bank-grade security levels and provide you with the option to set up multi-factor authentication for key transactions, as an extra layer of protection on your Earlywages account
How do I check the balance in my Earlywages Account?
To check your Earlywages Account balance, simply log into your account on the Website.
Are there any fees for using the Services?
We reserve the right to charge transaction fees for the Service at our sole discretion. You will be notified before any fees are charged during the payment process or through other visible methods.
What are some restrictions on using the Services?
You may only use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. If using the Services violates any applicable law, you are not authorized to use them. You are responsible for safeguarding your username, password, and other User Information. If you suspect unauthorized activity, contact us immediately.

What if I want to stop using the Services?
You may close your Earlywages Account at any time by contacting us at admin@Earlywages.com. Upon closure, any remaining funds in your account will be transferred to your Bank Account.
Your privacy is important to us. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your information as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
What should I do if I receive inquiries relating to fraud?
If we contact you regarding alleged unauthorized or fraudulent activity involving your account, you must respond within one Business Day. Provide any requested information or evidence promptly.
Additional Terms
You may be subject to Additional Terms posted on the Website. In case of conflict, these Terms will prevail.
Earlywages is a company incorporated in Canada with affiliates in Nigeria. As such, we may also be required to comply with applicable international sanction laws and regulations issued by international bodies or government agencies in Canada and Nigeria. Therefore, we reserve the right to terminate your account without incurring any liability, and we are under no obligation to make any payment under, or otherwise to open this account, if you violate any applicable international sanctions or there is involvement by any person (natural, corporate or governmental) listed in international or local sanctions lists, or any involvement by or nexus with countries as may be included from time to time in the sanctions list, or any of their governmental agencies.
You confirm that you will not use your Earlywages account for unauthorized activities such as trading or transacting.
You further confirm that your account will be used solely for legal purposes and not for illegal activities, including obtaining funds under false pretences or any fraudulent activity, as prohibited by Nigerian laws.
In the event that any losses are incurred by us or damage to our brand or reputation arising from your use of the Services and/or your Earlywages account in contravention of any provision of our Terms, we reserve the right to take legal action against you to remedy the loss or damage.
Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, you understand and agree that your use of the Services and all information, products, and other content included in or accessible from the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind. We and our third-party service providers expressly disclaim any and all conditions, representations, and warranties of any kind as to the Services and all information, products, and other content included in or accessible from the Services, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, we and our third-party service providers make no warranty that (a) the Services will meet your requirements, (b) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable, (d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations, or (e) any errors in the Services will be corrected. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Earlywages, its affiliates and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, partners, representatives and third-party service providers will not be liable to you or any third party for the performance of the Services or the inability to use the Services; any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if such persons have been advised of the possibility of such damages, which arise out of or are in any way connected with these Terms, the Services, or Content; or any event beyond our reasonable control.
We will not be liable for the actions or inactions of any third party not acting on our instructions, and we will not be liable for actions or inactions not directly traceable to us.
Due to the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System (NIBSS), payments may be delayed. Thus, we shall not be liable for any delayed payments. We shall not bear any liability for inability to complete a payment instruction because of inaccurate or insufficient payment instructions, or the failure of the recipient or bank to claim the payment, or because either you or the recipient did not provide any requested information, or we or the issuing banks are unable to verify your identity or the identity of the recipient to our satisfaction.
While we may provide indicative exchange rates, you recognize and accept that there may be changes due to fluctuations in the market.
Breaches of These Terms
In the event of a breach of these Terms, or a reasonable suspicion that you have breached these Terms in any way, Earlywages may: temporarily suspend your access to our Services; permanently prohibit you from accessing our Services; block computers using your IP address from accessing our Services; contact any or all of your internet service providers and request that they block your access to our Services; delete your Earlywages Account; and/or commence legal action against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise.
Termination, Restriction or Suspension of Earlywages Account
We reserve the right to terminate, suspend and/or restrict your Earlywages Account or your of use our Services where:
we reasonably believe that any transactions or activities on your Earlywages Account are suspicious; you are creating problems or possible legal liabilities for us or other third parties; we reasonably believe that such restrictions will improve the security of the Website or reduce our or another person’s exposure to financial liabilities; we reasonably believe that you are acting inconsistently with these Terms or our policies; despite our reasonable endeavours, we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us; or we deem it fit for any reason and at any time, in our interest and that of other third parties.
Where we suspend, prohibit or block your access to our Services you must not take any action to circumvent such suspension or prohibition or blocking (including without limitation creating and/or using a different account).
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may terminate (or suspend access to) your use of our Services.
Indemnity
At our request, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Earlywages, its affiliates and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, partners, representatives and third-party service providers from and against any and all claims, suits, liabilities, damages (whether actual, consequential, punitive or exemplary), losses, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in any way related to any third-party claims relating to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, applicable law or any third-party rights, your fraud or willful misconduct. Such indemnified parties reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate in asserting any available defences.
You agree that where you wish to process or initiate transactions above the daily limit of N5,000,000 (five million Naira) or such other limit to be implemented at our discretion, you shall fully indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses, penalties, claims, actions, damages, liabilities or suits arising from such transactions. You agree that should you or us suffer any losses as more fully enumerated in the preceding sentence and paragraph, you shall be liable for the full amount of such losses.
You agree that in addition to any general lien or similar right to which we may be entitled in law, we may at any time, set off or transfer any funds in your Earlywages account in or towards satisfaction of any claim made against us or loss suffered by us as a result of or related to such transactions described in the preceding paragraph, any third-party claims relating to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, applicable law or any third-party rights, your fraud or willful misconduct.
Your indemnity obligations under these Terms will not be diminished by any claims you may assert against Earlywages, its affiliates, or their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, partners, representatives, or third-party service providers.
Due Diligence and Audit Rights
We uphold an anti-money laundering compliance program and reserve the right to conduct due diligence checks on all Website Users.
You agree to furnish us with all necessary information and documentation to:
- Validate your compliance with and performance of obligations under these Terms.
- Facilitate disclosures pursuant to a valid court order or other governmental directive.
- Fulfill legal or regulatory requirements.
Assignment
You may not transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, or your Earlywages Account in any manner (by operation of law or otherwise) without our prior written consent. We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder without your consent.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, governmental directives, civil disturbances, wars, strikes, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services.
Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge that our third-party service providers are third-party beneficiaries of relevant provisions of these Terms, with the right to enforce such provisions as if they were parties hereto.
Dispute Resolution
For disputes relating to the Services or these Terms, we and you agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussions within fourteen (14) days of either party notifying the other of a dispute. If amicable resolution is not reached, the dispute shall be settled through binding and confidential arbitration.

If you wish to purchase the subscription on the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your payment information (card or account details) and personal data. By proceeding with the subscription purchase you agree to the processing of your personal data by our service.
